All extended warranties must be purchased during the first 9 months of a 1-year manfacturer's warranty, or the first 30 days of a 90-day manufacturer's warranty.

How does this whole thing work?
It's pretty simple. All of our warranties are covered by RepairMaster. After you place your order, we ship out a registration certificate that has all of the necessary information on it. You then take that certificate to the RepairMaster website www.repairmaster.com and enter the membership number provided on your certificate. Follow the instructions for registering your warranty. It shouldn't take you more than a few minutes. Your warranty will be activated by RepairMaster. Then you can just sit back and rest easy while your valuables stay safely protected.

Warranty Domain is a retail website that sells extended warranties on behalf of RepairMaster. RepairMaster manufactures all of the warranties that we sell, and they are resposible for all registrations and service calls.

How do I register My RepairMaster extended warranty?
Three easy ways to register:

3. by mail (RepairMaster P.O. Box 1189, Bedford, TX 76095)

Note – You will need to have your registration certificate available as well as your proof of purchase (sales receipt, packing slip, credit card receipt, etc.)

How do I find a repair center near me?
You can find the repair center closest to you by calling the Repairmaster customer service line anytime 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at 1-877-263-7403. They will need a little information from you, such as your location and the manufacturer of the item you want to have repaired.

RepairMaster uses service centers that have been approved by the manufacturer of the item needing repair. In almost all cases there will be an approved service center in your area. If an approved service center cannot be found, then RepairMaster will recommend that the customer call a local repair center, and the customer will be fully reimbursed for any out of pocket expenses.

How can I be assured that I'm getting a top quality warranty?
At Warranty Domain, we only sell warranties from RepairMaster, and they insure their warranties through companies that are rated to be "excellent" by A.M. Best, the world's oldest and most authoritative insurance rating and information source.

What is a RepairMaster Service Plan?
It is an economical way to extend the terms of your product’s manufacturer’s parts and labor warranty.

When does my coverage begin?
Your coverage begins as soon as you register your warranty. The length of the warranty is counted retroactively from the date you purchased the item you're covering.

Why would I want one of your warranties when I already have a warranty from the manufacturer?
For two reasons. The first is that our warranties last for much longer. Most manufacturer's warranties don't last longer than one year. In fact, most don't last longer than 90 days. The second reason is that RepairMaster offers better coverage than most manufacturer's warranties. For example, RepairMaster offers in home service for many large items such as major appliances or plasma TV's when your manufacturer requires you to bring it to them.

How do I obtain service?
Service is just a quick toll-free call away at 1-877-263-7403. The call center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Experienced representatives will notify you of the nearest service center. You’ll have access to more than 12,000 factory authorized service centers nationwide. It’s that easy!

What is a RepairMaster Product Replacement Plan?

Do these extended warranties cover refurbished items?
Yes. As long as your refurbished item comes with a warranty of at least 90 days, then an extended warranty can be added.

What is your return policy?

How do I exchange defective products?
The same answer applies as for the previous question. If you are having a problem activating your warranty, contact us, and we'll see if we can't figure it out for you. If we really can't get it to work, then we will cancel that one and send you another registration certificate to activate.

What about shipping costs?
Shipping is free for all items. We use the U.S. Postal Service's first class mail, so we should be able to get your warranty to you in just a few days.

Do you ship overseas?
No. Currently we can only ship orders to addresses in the United States. RepairMaster only has agreements with service centers in the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What about sales tax?
Sales tax does not apply unless you live in New York State. Our company is based in New York State, and by law we have to charge sales tax in any state where we have a physical presence.
